Production Specialist

As a Production Specialist, your role is to bring the final touches to our products with care, efficiency, and attention to detail. You are responsible for assembling, cleaning, packaging, and completing each item after personalization or design work is done. Your work is essential to making sure every order leaves the shop looking professional, accurate, and customer-ready.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 • Product Finishing & Assembly
Accurately and efficiently assemble finished products according to order details. Ensure each piece is cleaned, polished, and ready for packaging.
 • Packaging
Neatly package all completed items to ensure they arrive safely and present well to the customer. Use appropriate packaging materials for protection and presentation.
 • Quality Control
Carefully inspect each product for printing errors, damage, or defective parts before finalizing. Flag and report any issues before orders go out.
 • Stock Receiving & Inventory Updates
Assist with receiving incoming stock, checking it against purchase orders, and putting it away in the correct location. Update the inventory sheet with accurate quantities and details.
 • Workspace Maintenance
Keep your work area tidy and organized throughout the day. Take out trash as needed and help maintain a clean and efficient production environment.
 • Initiative & Flexibility
Be self-motivated and able to take direction well. If production work is not immediately available, take initiative to find tasks that support the team—such as organizing, restocking, or assisting others.
 • Other Duties as Needed
Pitch in wherever extra help is required across the shop to keep operations running smoothly; to include but not limited to taking out trash throughout the shop and ensuring supplies are restocked to maintain effective work flow.
