Join Yoga Junkie Studio for an afternoon of calm and letting go. We will begin our journey with a lovely restorative yoga practice with Vanessa. Then you will join Thom and Judy of Pathdrummer for a refreshing journey through the healing art of sound. Feel the energy and vibrations of Beverly, the Spirit Awakening Drum as you relax with props and your journal to capture any thoughts of these moments.
They will use a variety of sound healing instruments, including gongs, Tibetan bowls, chimes, toning and more to create a sound healing experience that will vibrate and activate the cells in your body, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
Please dress comfortably and bring items to create your own cozy space, such as a yoga mat, blanket, crystals, water, and anything else to create a comfortable laying down experience.
