Feel the energy and vibrations of Beverly\, the Spirit Awakening Drum as you relax with props and your journal to capture any thoughts of these moments.\n\n\n\nThey will use a variety of sound healing instruments\, including gongs\, Tibetan bowls\, chimes\, toning and more to create a sound healing experience that will vibrate and activate the cells in your body\, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.\n\n\n\nPlease dress comfortably and bring items to create your own cozy space\, such as a yoga mat\, blanket\, crystals\, water\, and anything else to create a comfortable laying down experience.
