Black Rifle Coffee Company Presents “The Lu” Memorial Day Workout

Please join us on Memorial Day, Monday, May 30, 2022 to honor Master Sergeant Luis DeLeon-Figueroa and all others who have paid the ultimate sacrifice while serving our great country! Proceeds from this event will go to the Special Operations Warrior Foundation.
 
Master Sgt. Luis F. DeLeon-Figueroa, 31, was killed during combat operations in Faryab province, located in far northwest Afghanistan along the border with Turkmenistan. His picture is proudly displayed in our store and his memory will not be forgotten.
 
We have developed a workout in his honor, and it is called "The Lu"
 
The Workout:
(4 Rounds for time)
300m Sprint
25 Burpees
50 Push- ups
75 Air Squats
 
Same day registration begins at 8, workout starts at 9. Pre-registration is strongly encouraged and ends May 15. Open to all ages and fitness levels.
