Gordon Boyer is a REALTOR® with eXp Realty serving the Florida Emerald Coast, including Niceville, Destin, Freeport, and surrounding communities. After proudly serving 20 years in the United States Air Force, Gordon retired to the area he and his family love and now helps others discover the same Emerald Coast lifestyle through real estate.

Gordon works with buyers, sellers, military families, and investors, helping them navigate the real estate process with integrity and local insight. With extensive knowledge of VA loans and military relocations near Eglin Air Force Base and Hurlburt Field, he is passionate about helping service members and families transition smoothly to the area.

In addition to real estate, Gordon is also the owner and captain of Coasting With Gordie, a local charter company offering fishing trips, harbor tours, and coastal experiences along the Emerald Coast. His goal is not only to help clients buy or sell a home, but also to introduce them to the lifestyle that makes this area so special.
