Learn all about the science of Cheese Making with the Emerald Coast Science Center! Learn about the chemistry behind this craft and watch a demonstration of fresh cheese making with Jill Breslawski, Family & Consumer Science Agent, UF/IFAS Extension, Okaloosa and Walton Counties. Guests will enjoy food and drink pairings with a variety cheeses with the demonstration.
