Mattie Kelly Arts Center, Tyler Recital Hall Northwest Florida State College, Niceville Free of Charge. Donations to NWFSC music program accepted. Northwest Florida State College music professor Lois Van Dam presents a piano recital in the Tyler Recital Hall of the Mattie Kelly Arts Center in Niceville.
