Twin Cities Hospital presents It's a Girl Thing free community seminar on Saturday, July 13th at the Twin Cities Hospital Welleness Center. The first seminar, "Women, Stress, and Self Care" will begin at 11:00 a.m. Joy Makela, LMHC, LSP, NCC, will discuss how to balance daily demands women put on themselves to live a healthy, happy and low-stress life. At 1:00 p.m., Dr. Thomas McKnight, MD, will close the event with "Menopausal Symptoms and Treatment Options." Lunch will be served at noon; complimentary chair massages will be available between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Reservations required - call 729-9463. Complimentary lunch provided.
