Bring what ya got! Boat, Sailboat, jon boat, paddle board, kayak, canoe! Let's fill up Rocky Bayou with all water vessels to kick off the 2016 boating season and promote WATER SAFETY with Josh the Baby Otter. Niceville Valparaiso Rotary Club will benefit from any monies raised to promote water safety.
