Description
Explosive camp is for our Middle School and High School age atheletes (ages 12-18). This camp will be solely focused on increasing the strength and effectiveness of Type II fast-twitch muscle fibers. The development of these muscle fibers is critical for any athlete looking to improve their ability to make powerful, dynamic movements, such as sprinting and jumping, and to generate high levels of force. Camp starts Monday, March 16th and runs through Friday, March 20th from 3:30-4:30 each day.
