Work on projects\, collaborate\, and build strategic relationships this month as you use Lean and Agile processes to build a catapult. Registration is required.\n\n\n\n3:00   4:00 P.M.: A session on Lean and Agile Processes Drew Palmer\, Program Manager at Lockheed Martin and Six Sigma Green Belt\, will lead a discussion on Case Studies\, Q&A\, and a Design of Experiments. \n\n\n\n4:00   5:00 P.M.: Catapults & Craft Beer (Group Activity) Palmer will segue into a group activity using the processes he discussed in a hands-on Design of Experiments (DOE). Participants will build and manipulate a catapult to launch a projectile with accuracy and precision.
