SUMMARY:Run for the Health of It 5k & 8k Run/Walk
DESCRIPTION:The White-Wilson Community Foundation will host the 6th Annual Run for the Health of It 5K/8K on Saturday\, March 24th.\n\n\n\nParticipants will take off at 9 a.m. Runners and walkers of all ability levels are invited to participate. Children ages 6 and under are invited to take part in our inaugural Diaper Dash. Participation in this 100 meter fun-run is only $10 and all children will receive an award at the finish line. The race will be followed by an after party at AJ's Oyster Shanty. Participants will enjoy a delicious food and beverages. There will be children's activities including a bounce house\, face painting and art stations. Awards will be given for the top three finishers from each 10 year age group.\n\n\n\nAll proceeds benefit the White-Wilson Community Foundation and will help support health education and services in our community. Pre-registration is only $25 for adults and $20 for children. T-shirts are guaranteed for those registered by March 11.\n\n\n\nClick here to register online.
