DESCRIPTION:Join us for a community event in observance of International Overdose Awareness Day. ALL community members are welcome!\n\n\n\nThere will be FREE food\, Narcan\, raffles\, and community resources for substance use and addiction. \n\n\n\nCrosspoint Church Fellowship Hall\n\n214 Partin Dr S\n\nNiceville\, FL\n\n\n\n5:30 p.m. FREE dinner\n\nProgram 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. \n\n\n\nThe program will include local data from the Medical Examiner's Office. Community members will give testimonials and share their stories of overcoming addiction. Local leaders will give updates on programs like Bridgeway's 24-hour Detox Unit and the new Post Overdose Support Team. The program will end with a community panel discussion facilitated by Fort Walton Beach Police Chief Robert Bage. Panelists include representatives from the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office\, Freedom Life Compass\, Crossroads Medical Center\, Bridgeway Center\, Lakeview\, and more. \n\n\n\nSee you there!
