DESCRIPTION:38th Saturday in the Park Heritage Festival and \nHeritage 5K Run/Walk & Kids Fun Run \nAPRIL 26 at the Heritage Museum of Northwest Florida\nValparaiso\, FL – The Heritage Museum of Northwest Florida will host the 38th Saturday in the Park Heritage Festival on April 26 from 8 am – 4 pm.  This free family oriented event offers a variety of activities for everyone.  The festival  begins with the Heritage 5K Run/Walk & Kids 1 Mile Fun Run at 8am\, then continues through the day with live entertainment\, historic craft demonstrations\, re-enactors\, folk artists\, food vendors\, and a Kid Zone with old-fashioned toys\, contests and more!  Saturday in the Park has long supported the Museum's mission to promote the rich heritage of Northwest Florida and will offer free Museum admission all day.  \nThe Heritage 5K takes runners and walkers on a scenic route along beautiful Boggy Bayou.  The first 200 applicants will receive a free t-shirt and winners in each category will receive a unique matted and framed photograph from the Museum's library archives. \nRegister early (through April 24) on Active.com or visit the Museum at 115 Westview Ave.\, Valparaiso. $18-5K Run/Walk\,  $8-Kids' Fun Run\, Additional Fee for Race Day Registrations on April 26.\n(NWFTC & Museum Members receive reduced rate on early registrations)\nCome join the fun at the 38th Saturday in the Park Festival at the Heritage Museum of Northwest Florida in Valparaiso.
