Description
Become aware of the moon's cycles and how alignment to the moon phases impact our lives. Cynthia will lead you in a practice of gentle lunar movement flow. Each participant will receive a different crystal each month as you create a new intention with each new moon. Finish with a guided meditation infusing your crystal with intention.
