Invasion on the Bayou Saturday, March 27, 2021 SEASON KICK-OFF 9:30 am— Boats that must anchor & stage for Group Photo on West Side of Rocky Bayou Bridge. Canoes, Kayaks, SUPS, Jon Boats, Small Boats, PWC’s—any and other floating vessels in place prior to 9:55 am 10:00 am—Invasion of the Bayou Photo taken from Rocky Bayou Bridge 10:05am—SUP FUN PADDLE—Pirate Costume Encouraged 12:00 noon—Pirate Costume Contest 11:00am—3:00pm USCG Auxiliary Boat Inspections— Please call 850-897-2821to schedule your appointment Everyone join us on the water on the WEST side of Rocky Bayou Bridge for the biggest and best photo ever! Let's show we can ALL play on the water together safely! Remember to give yourself enough time to get to the bridge for the photo at 10:00am. Following the 10am photo, we will have a Stand-Up Paddle (anything that paddles!) excursion for fun! Pirate attire is encouraged for ALL participating. A Pirate Costume Contest will be held at 12:00pm at LJ Schooners Oyster Bar for participants. Call the ship store at 850-897-2821 to schedule your vessel inspection. USCG Auxiliary will be conducting inspections from 11am-3pm.
